AIG Return on Investment Study
Full ROI study of a 2006 workplace coaching intervention where 20 senior leaders at AIG Retirement Services were trained as coaches. This ROI study was conducted after the first round of coaching. 17:1 ROI

Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Centre Return on Investment Study
In 2005, a small number of L&D professionals at MSK were trained as coaches and have been coaching formally since. This impact study was conducted late 2007, 2.5 years after the training completed. 39:1 ROI

DB Breweries Coaching Skills Workshop
Business impact study of a 3.5 day coaching skills workshop delivered to more than 60 managers at DB Breweries. Data collected from participants of the program, their direct reports and coachees who were coached formally in a 12 week coaching series.

Hang Seng Bank Performance Leadership Impact Study
Impact study of a 2 day Performance Leadership program. 35 direct reports completed a pre and post training survey, assessing their manager in various areas related to coaching.

Large Asian Bank - Business Impact Report

This global Fortune 100 technology firm, wished to develop a coaching culture across thousands of mid level leaders. A tailored coaching program was created for EDS staff to deliver by teleconference.

IBM (Global)
IBM wanted to draw from global thought leaders in coaching around how to internalise coaching, to help them build their own coaching frameworks.

AIG (USA)
This Fortune 10 financial services company wished to develop an internal coaching program for their high potentials. The CEO and leadership team of a business unit were trained as coaches and given a complete coaching system. The goal was to provide coaching to all high potentials over several years.

Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center (USA)
The leading cancer research hospital in the USA chose RCS to develop a team of internal coaches to drive their leadership development program.

HSBC (Asia)
This banking group wished to build a team of internal coaches to improve performance in their insurance division. The CEO and his leadership team were developed as internal coaches.

Roche Mining (Australia)
A program called 'Improving the coaching and leadership capability of team leaders and managers’ was designed for over 100 people managers.
