Citibank Malaysia Case Study: 300% Increase in leaders bringing others to new solutions
In June 2010, 78 high-potential leaders from Citibank Malaysia completed a short coaching skills training program, The Art of Coaching: building commitment and engagement in teams, run by Results Coaching Systems. Participants found a significant improvement of more than 300% in their effectiveness in problem-solving techniques.
Insurance Company Case Study: Double Engagement, Profit Turned around
In 2008, IAG NZ decided to invest in a coaching culture initiative with RCS. An organization-wide coaching culture intervention resulted in doubling engagement, halving staff turnover, and turning a 5% operating loss into a 7% operating profit.

Business impact study of a 3.5 day coaching skills workshop delivered to more than 60 managers at DB Breweries. Data collected from participants of the program, their direct reports and coachees who were coached formally in a 12 week coaching series.

Impact study of a 2 day Performance Leadership program. 35 direct reports completed a pre and post training survey, assessing their manager in various areas related to coaching.

IBM wanted to draw from global thought leaders in coaching around how to internalise coaching, to help them build their own coaching frameworks.
AIG (USA)
This Fortune 10 financial services company wished to develop an internal coaching program for their high potentials.
