High Impact Training

We have been developing coaching IP since 1996. Our approach is built on the word 'Results'. We’re all about coaching that delivers real change, not having interesting conversations. We have around 20 core models that are simple and easy to remember. These are built around a central platform of illustrating good coaching process. We understand the mechanics of what makes good coaching work, and help busy people learn this as easily as possible, building real skills one step at a time, like learning to drive. We teach a lot about the essentials so that people truly embed these, rather than trying to train people in everything.

Training needs to be fast, fun, and challenging for learning to stick. Our programs involve participants doing activities for over 75% of the time, activities specially designed to stretch them to build specific muscles. These muscles then build on each other to help people develop robust skill sets.

We have spent 3 years working on how to deliver high impact programs using small groups (under 24 participants) by conference call. Our clients find this approach highly effective, as well as providing cost savings and allowing for scaling.

We deliver an intense experiential hour of learning, and then give participants time to integrate and apply the skills learned before layering new insights on top. Each hour of teleconference is supported by an hour of self-driven activities including specific exercises with other participants that are reported on.

We recommend a mix of live plus distance learning for all programs, however we can do any combination.
