Train the Trainer
RCS can help your organisation build internal capabilities to deliver high impact coaching skills programs across a wide community. We can provide train the trainer programs from one to any number of trainers, and tailor any program to suit your needs. Our programs are delivered across thousands of leaders this way.
- All RCS programs can be licensed for internal delivery.
- Training of trainers can be done in person, or by teleconference and elearning.
- Trainers are partnered with a certified mentor trainer for one to one coaching and support
- Trainers are involved in formal training through observing live programs and co delivering
- Trainer manuals and participants manuals are provided for all programs
- Trainers go through a formal assessment of their skills before certification is provided.
