Executive Coaching
Senior leaders can often benefit from the support of an independent sounding board to help them fulfil their potential. While internal coaches can often meet this need right up to quite senior leaders, the top team of executives often prefer to have an external executive coach.

"Coaching has helped my people focus more on what's important and be less distracted by the day to day problems and challenges they face"
The external coach's job is to review and challenge a leader's style of dealing with people and strategies for getting things done. Coaches help senior executives maintain peak performance for longer, and provide an objective sounding board, support and honest feedback. Executive coaching is one of the most effective ways of getting senior leaders from good to great.
We have a team of coaches in many regions around the globe. These coaches have experience at senior levels in organisations either in their own career, or as an external coach. If we don't have the right coach in the any region our network of partnerships enable us to manage a widescale brief, giving you one supplier to deal with. The coaches work within a consistent broad framework, which allows for easier management and measurement of any sized initative. The coaching is developmental, solution-focused coaching that helps leaders improve their own thinking.
The coaches can be brought in to follow on from a formal assessment process such as a 360 degree feedback program or other leadership assessment, or we can provide these tools on request.
