Results Coaching Systems is conducting an international study to identify global trends in the ways that organizations are utilizing coaching in the workplace.
A first of its kind, this study aims to:

Identify, measure and compare the ways in which internal coaching, executive coaching and coaching skills programs are being used in organizations

Identify emerging trends in how coaching is being used in different parts of the world

Quantify the impact each form of coaching is having
More than 300 organizations from all corners of the globe will be taking part.
The results of the study will be presented in a white paper and keynote at the 2011 Conference Board Executive Coaching Summit in New York.
As a thank you for your contribution to the study, you will be presented with the findings in a white paper prior to the official launch at the Summit, which will contain valuable information that may provide insights into your own organization's future coaching strategy.
