A Brain-Based Approach to Leadership

A unique new series of free telecalls.

Leaders today face unprecedented levels of complexity in managing conflicting pressures from key stakeholders, employees, shareholders and the markets within which they do business. The demands placed upon them are tremendous.  How can leaders respond effectively in a world turned upside down?

Leaders who have an understanding of the brain and how it works, their own and others, can make better decisions, solve more problems more efficiently and effectively, collaborate better with others, be more effective at driving change and ultimately stay cool under pressure.

These four 60 minute telecall events explore some of the surprises emerging from neuroscience about the brain and what these insights mean for people who need to master the challenges of leadership and navigate their organisations forward in these turbulent times.

Please note: Teleseminar dial in details will be sent to those who register 3 days prior to the event taking place.
