Mentoring
Mentoring is an invaluable resource provided free to Results trained coaches, that significantly helps coaches to grow and develop their skills and their coaching practice. Our commitment is that each Results coach has the resources they need to fulfill their potential as a coach. An important element of this commitment comes in the form of our senior mentors.
A Results Mentor is a senior coach within the Results community. They provide their advice and expertise to other coaches, particularly those new to coaching.
The Mentor is there to:
- Ensure the goals set are appropriate and the best possible goals for the client
- Help with any coaching challenges
- Provide a sounding board for coaches' concerns about their clients
- Develop ideas for building their practice
- Help facilitate a coach's learning and professional development
Any coach who has completed the Intensive or Workplace Coach Training Program can access this free service and can choose from coaches within their region or from other regions around the world.
