Background
My backgroun as a corporate communications trainer has given me insight into the importance of effective interaction in our professional and personal lives.
I have travelled extensively and worked throughout Asia and North America. I have a passiion for life that I bring with me to any situation.
I am a British Canadian who has been living and working in Hong Kong for more than 10 years. I have worked with dozens of Hong Kong's leading organizations on communication issues at all levels. I am a certified Results Life Coach and have a BA in Adult Education.

As a career coach, I support clients in finding focus and direction in their careers and then taking them through the steps required to achieve their professional goals.
As a communications expert, I believe that communication defines who we are to the world. Whether we want to enhance our career or our personal relationships, effective communication is key. I support my clients in getting to the heart of communicating at all levels, whether it be with customers, superiors, co-workers,staff, friends, family or themselves.

I started my first session with three very varied, very challenging goals and was quite worried that I would not achieve any of them. In fact, by the time I was halfway through my 12 sessions, I was well on the way to completing all three of them!
