Background
I have run my own management consulting and leadership development business since 2002. Prior to that I have worked in hr in telecom industry and as management consultant and trainer in a leading Finnish company. Currently I works as trainer, facilitator and executive coach.
As a Coach
I have been coaching teams and individuals for years – seeing people get energized by reaching their goals and learning on the way is a tremendous source of energy for the coach as well. I am totally committed to and focused on my clients´ personal and business development.

My clients are mainly business executives either as individuals or operational teams.
