David Rock - Chief Executive Officer David is one of the global pioneers in the coaching field. As the driver of the Results business, and the developer of Results' coaching models, he has been responsible for the development of more than 6,000 coaches worldwide. David's first book 'Personal Best' is in it's third print, and his second book 'Quiet Leadership' has been released in over a dozen countries in 5 languages. He is current working on a educational coaching text book for universities and another on neuroscience and coaching.
Lisa Rock, MCC - Chief Operations Officer Lisa has been coaching for over 10 years and holds the Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation. She has over 3000 hours of coaching experience and has trained hundreds of coaches. She is also the Director of Training overseeing the curriculum of Results Coaching Systems.
Matthew Rule - Global Sales & Marketing Manager Matthew is the Global Sales and Marketing Manager for Results Coaching Systems. He is also a Senior Associate, working with Workplace Coaching clients around the world to design and project manage leadership development programs. Matthew is the longest serving employee at RCS, having been with the company for almost six years. This experience gives Matt an unrivaled understanding of the RCS business, systems and intellectual property.
Satyam Vinya - Global Training & Development Manager Satyam has over 8 years experience in coaching, training and human development, with a background in corporate banking and business. She has trained hundreds of coaches including working with some of Australia’s largest organisations to create an internal resource of coaches.
Michelle Waldon - Group Finance Manager Michelle oversees RCS International's finances. She has over 15 years of accounting and bookkeeping experience within a diverse range of industries and has completed an Advanced Diploma in Accounting.
Jake Reid - Global Operations Coordinator Jake is an operations expert with several years experience in diverse industries including business administration, travel and government. Jake has completed a BA in International Studies and speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
Rose Rubin, PCC - Assessor Manager Rose Rubin is a coach, trainer and assessor with Results and holds the ICF Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential. As manager of the global team of assessors for Results, she focuses on quality of coaching and consistent high standards for certification. Rose is also a Professor at a New York University.
Jodie Bruce-Clarke - Coach Support Manager Jodie has 10 years experience within management positions in the Hospitality Industry and an academic background in Marketing and Management. She has an eye for detail and brings rigor and integrity with processes. Jodie is responsible for upholding many Results certification policies and procedures.

Kathy Meehan - North American Regional Manager Kathy is located in New York City, and is responsible for the ongoing development of the RCS brand in both the public and corporate sectors in North America. Kathy has twenty years of successful Business Development and Consulting experience having worked in Senior Management positions with companies such as Right Management Consultants, Novations and News Corporation. She has developed and delivered successful sales and management training programs for many SMB’s and Fortune 500 companies. She is also a certified Yoga Instructor.
Jane Moran - North American Senior Consultant Jane Moran specializes in consulting with large organizations in designing workplace coaching and human performance solutions. Jane is an ICF certified practitioner in the Results brain based approach to coaching and a member of the Neuroleadership Institute. Previous to RCS Jane spent ten years with a Fortune 500 corporation leading their global Internal Coach Training curriculum. Jane has trained and coached executives in more than fifteen countries and is regularly invited to speak on the topic of workforce engagement, leadership coaching and performance optimization.
Richard Bentley, PCC - United Kingdom and Europe Co-Regional Manager Richard is an ICF Professional Certified Coach and works as a facilitator, leadership coach and coaching skills trainer. He has trained over 400 individuals both in the UK and the US, including Workplace Coaching projects. He has served on the ICF's Global Board of Directors and as Co-President of the UK ICF. Prior to becoming a coach, Richard ran his own corporate communications business for 18 years and worked as a relationship counsellor.
Christopher Samsa, PCC - United Kingdom and Europe Co-Regional Manager Prior to coaching, Christopher was a Director in three international advertising/marketing agencies and also worked as a consultant for an innovation group, specialising in the areas of experience design, creativity and innovation. As well as working with individuals and companies to help people focus on what makes them happy, he can regularly be seen in the media having worked with BBC, ITV and Sky TV.
Debra Fraser - Australian Regional Manager Debra has proven ability to develop strong and lasting relationships with her clients. She joins Results with 20 years experience in B2B account management, with the last 7 years consulting to large organisations to identify their needs for tailored, experiential training solutions.
Rajan Kaicker - South Asia Co-Regional Manager Rajan has worked with premier organizations and with a wide range of leadership groups across diverse industries. In his total work experience of over 26 years he has Senior Management experience of more than 15 Years as Managing Director, CEO and Group CEO with companies such as Modi Enterprises, Airborne Express, UTV Group, Forbes Group and Globally reputed Brands as UPS, FedEx, East India Hotels, Leela Hotel to name a few. Rajan has a Masters in Business Administration with specialization in Sales and Marketing.
Lavleen Raheja - South Asia Co-Regional Manager Lavleen has an MBA and Diploma of International Marketing as well as 10 years of sales, marketing and business management with international corporations such as Xerox, Franklin Covey and Larsen & Toubro. Prior to that he spent 10 years as a trainer with DOOR, Tack and NITT training. In these roles he has worked on projects with General Motors, GE, Pepsi, Honda Motors and other well known brands.
Ruth Donde, ACC - New Zealand Regional Manager Ruth Donde (MBA, B.Pharm) is an Associated Certified Coach (ICF) , she has extensive leadership experience across multiple large organizations. She is a Lecturer at AUT University's MBA program, and has written and presented papers at many global conferences.
Marica Smythe - Europe Develpment Manager Marcia is a certified business and executive coach, trainer, and communications professional with over 30 years director level experience within the service industry. Her board-level experience was gained in companies such as the Hertz Corporation, Times Newspapers and Price Waterhouse Coopers, Most recently, through her own company, she has specialised in supporting medium to large organisations through transition and change. She is passionate about empowering individuals to realise their full capacity for development, and to utilise this for the benefit of both themselves and their organisations.
Allan Elias - United Arab Emirates Regional Manager Allan has more than 25 year experience working in Human Capital Development. He has extensive experience in the corporate environment, working with senior executives and board members.

Mary Joe Emde, PCC - South African Regional Manager (Corporate) Mary-Joe holds the Professional Certified Coach with the ICF. She has extensive experience in working with corporates in implementing coaching cultures within the organisation. Her passion is connecting people within organisations through connecting conversations.
Vladimir Tuka - Czech Republic and Eastern Europe Regional Manager Vladimir Tuka Ph.D has more than 10 years in the Czechoslovak diplomacy and over 15 years of small business and corporate senior management experience within the insurance industry.
Eeva-Maria Kytönen – Finland and Scandinavia Co-Regional Manager Eeva-Maria is a trainer, facilitator and executive coach and holds the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. She has run her own management consulting and leadership development business since 2003. Prior to that she has worked as management consultant and account director in IT industry. She has served on the ICF Finland Board of Directors during years 2008 and 2009. Eeva-Maria holds a Masters degree from Helsinki School of Economics.
Arto Miekkavaara – Finland and Scandinavia Co-Regional Manager Arto has run his own management consulting and leadership development business since 2002. Prior to that he has worked in hr in telecom industry and as management consultant and trainer in a leading Finnish company. Currently he works as trainer, facilitator and executive coach. Arto holds a Masters degree from Helsinki Swedish School of Economics.
