Join us for the first Intensive Coach Training in Turkey this September

Results Coaching Systems, the world’s leader in brain-based coaching is inviting managers, leaders, HR professionals and consultants from all over Europe to join the very first Intensive Coach Training Programme commencing in Turkey.

The Intensive Coach Training Programme is designed to give participants cutting-edge coaching skills, tools and resources to effectively coach others in any situation.

The models at the core of the programme draw on the hard science of how the brain works, are ideal for working with smart, busy people, particularly in the workplace and provide practical, useful tools for improving other people’s thinking and performance.

You will learn the principles behind each coaching technique and become confident in its use through regular practice with your fellow trainees and ‘live’ coaching clients.

By the end of this course, you will know how to:

  • Communicate effectively as a coach using powerful questioning & listening techniques
  • Create inspiring goals that coachees are motivated to work towards
  • Use the Results Coaching structure to sustain progress towards goal achievement
  • Use coaching to enhance learning for the long lasting, positive change
  • Help coaches overcome any obstacles they encounter
  • Work effectively with conflict and dilemmas
  • Deliver clear expectations & give effective feedback
  • Use coaching to enhance the performance of others

Course commences with a three day workshop on 29th September 2010.
